Mount Cameroon, 4100 meters, is the highest peak in West and Central Africa. It’s an active volcano whose last eruption occurred in 2000. The Woteva Community Forest (east of the mountain) houses some of the most attractive eco-touristic sites in the region – lava flows, craters, caves, valleys, gigantic tree species, medicinal plants, carnivorous plants, and wild animals.
The aim of Treff-End is to partner with villages in developing eco-touristic sites for community fundraising.
